FWIW Broken Coast products have been blowing my mind lately. The Ruxton I got in October was superb and I just got some Keats and Quadra.
On the other hand I also had some RIFF Sweet Jersey 3 and it's an excellent budget bud. Doesn't look like much but it smokes well and packs a punch.
